Better Body

Better Bodies began as a bodybuilding gym in Manhattan in 1982. It was the first of its kind - one that was inclusive of people from all walks of life and had a unique emphasis on empowering women in the fitness industry. Years later, Better Bodies still represents the same thing and aims to bring together a diverse but like-minded group of people under one umbrella. BETTER BODIES was founded in the early 80's by Brian Moss, then the fitness guru in New York. In addition to his gym, he started a modeling agency for fitness models. To promote the agency, T-shirts were printed for the models with 'BETTER BODIES'. These shirts became a hype and so the idea arose to start producing clothing. BETTER BODIES has now become a household name in the fitness and bodybuilding world and has a fantastic collection of sportswear that can also be worn outside the gym.
