Their core business is the development and commercialization of total solutions, as well as supporting and maintaining various software packages developed in-house. The company also provides Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, and safety advice and support. Company Solutions NV, was founded in 1983 under the name "Omega Soft BVBA", distributing the self-made software "Opera", an administration and accounting package. In 2007, an acquisition of a colleague software company "SoftSkill NV" was successfully completed.
