Dance Shape

DANCE SHAPE is a dance school based in Joure offering a variety of dance related services. The school focuses on combining dance with fitness, and is for everyone. Marloes, the owner, aims to connect people with dance to promote freedom, expression and joy. Services include dance coaching, dance lessons, dance fitness, worship dance and extra activities such as workshops and event organization. Dance Shape provides regular dance classes and also offers Danscoaching, using dance for coaching and reflection. Furthermore, they organize 'Dans op Recept', dance classes in cooperation with Revalidatie Friesland. Dance Shape also offers dance lessons and activities for different age groups and provides a space for rental. Dance fitness classes are also available, combining dance with the goal of getting in shape.
