Embodiment Academy

Embodiment Academy trains therapists, psychologists, and managers to be 100% themselves in their work, helping them to create a thriving practice and clients. They learn to create rest and connection via the nervous system and give unprocessed emotions space. They also offer Movement Is Medicine training for therapists who want to delve into Embodiment work, learning to process trauma/emotions through specific dance forms and strengthen the 4 elements in the body. Embodiment Academy's work focuses on vitality in the body, connection with yourself and others, and experiencing freedom.
