ETHIEK@WORK offers customized ethics training, which matches the concrete practice and the wishes of the client. It focuses on training and assessment (intervision and moral deliberation with experienced coach) aimed at normative professionalization. In the trainings, participants learn to discuss different visions, interests, principles, values and responsibilities. This motivates to objectively and with an open mind to talk about good care and everyone's responsibility in this. This contributes to the professional development of people and organizations. Monique ten Brinke is a public pharmacist and can be deployed as an experienced coach for accredited assessment-intervision for public pharmacists.
