By consciously feeling and... Feel & Leef is a practice for stressor therapy and haptotherapy in the Hoeksche Waard, Dordrecht. Conscious choices are made when you are aware of what you really feel. It is a valuable thing if you know and recognize your feeling. I focus in my practice, together with you, on recovery and prevention. We do this by reducing your physical complaints and addressing the underlying causes. In my practice, I meet people with complaints that do not go away despite often years of medical or therapeutic treatments. The only thing I expect from you is that you dare to look differently! When we work together, it often turns out to be possible to do something about this. Even if the complaints have been present for months, years or even decades. I am Brigith van der Hoek. As a mother of two teenagers, married to an enterprising man and owner of feel & leef, I know the game of keeping (a lot of) balls in the air. I know from experience how important it is to be connected to yourself, the other and your environment in all circumstances. I have 12 years “lived” with migraine attacks. From quiet months with (only) 2 days of not functioning to peaks of 9 days a month out of circulation. I have found a solution!
