Feel Welles begeleidt ouders, volwassenen & kinderen naar een ontspannen en liefdevolle verbinding met zichzelf en elkaar. This is done by focusing on the body and the emotions, not just the mind. Feel Welles offers individual and family guidance, 'Ouder- en Kindcirkels', and 'Ontspannen hardlopen' programs. The practice aims to foster more awareness and reconnection with oneself, not only for children but also for parents and adults. By becoming aware of the loving mirror that children provide, and by daring to feel old pain and patterns, a sustainable and loving change arises not only in themselves, but also in the connection with their child(ren).
