Inner Touch

Inner Touch offers holistic therapies. Christianne, a hollistic therapist, offers massage, Reiki treatments, and a combination of therapies. Inner Touch Tai Chi, teaches Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung, led by Judith van Drooge, an internationally recognized teacher, who also provides workshops, company training, and private lessons. The practice offers treatments such as massage where the body is meant to receive and is allowed to relax, as well as holistic massages that aim to balance the energy and incorporate Reiki, sound bowls, crystals and meditation. Tai Chi is a physical and mental training for health, self-defense, and self-development, described as 'meditation in motion'. Inner Touch offers classes and workshops. Judith van Drooge also teaches and guides in Tai Chi Chuan, Pushing Hands, 18 movements/ Shibashi, Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing, free movement, Tai Chi and Chi Kung with Stick, Tai Chi Sabre, Tai Chi Fan, and Tai Chi Sword, meditation and (life) coaching.
