This way they get more energy, feel better and bring their health and well-being back into balance. CooL is based on the power of small steps towards a sustainable change, where every day offers a chance to do something better than yesterday. As a hormone coach I guide women with hormonal complaints and menopausal symptoms. I help women towards more energy, health, balance and well-being in their lives. Many hormonal complaints can be alleviated by a healthy lifestyle. I also give advice on how to restore hormonal balance, so that women can feel good again.
