Mind-Kracht

Mind-Kracht is a psychology practice within the Kortdurende Generalistische GGZ that helps people (18+) to help themselves. You can go to Mind-Kracht for a variety of complaints, including: relationship problems, negative self-image, mood complaints, fears, phobias, trauma-related problems, burnout complaints, etc. The short-term generalistic treatment is characterized by treating as briefly as possible and getting back on your feet as quickly as possible so that you can continue independently. The interventions are therefore focused on taking control and the duration of the treatment is defined by means of trajectories (short, medium and intensive – a transition to a higher treatment duration is accompanied by an evaluation). The treatment of Mind-Kracht focuses on (making your strengths visible) instead of your complaints.
