Move Strong

Move Strong supports you in the field of personal training, duo training and/or group boxing classes. With a lot of passion I support you in achieving your desired goals and results. Move Strong is born from a huge passion for training and teaching and the years of experience that have been built up in this. The name comes from my own experiences and vision about the sport: without movement you cannot exercise ('Move') and by adding strong and powerful movements ('Strong'), the perfect combination can be formed. At Move Strong you can also come for various sporting goals. For example, to get fitter, to learn or improve certain techniques, for martial arts-related goals or to build strength, fitness or endurance. With the right guidance and customized training schedules, you will achieve your goals faster and more effectively.
