muuk’ pilates follows the tradition of the original pilates method, teaching the system of exercises as created by Joseph and Clara Pilates, using all the pieces of equipment designed by him, respecting their original characteristics. Your journey at muuk’ pilates starts with a one-on-one intake session to assess your needs and expectations, and discuss what would be the best path for you to address the first and fulfil the latter. During this one-hour session, we will also introduce you to the space and the pieces of equipment, and explain the basic concepts of the method as we put them into practice in your first workout. We offer 4 different types of sessions: Private sessions, Duet sessions, Trio sessions, Group sessions. In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body. Our goal at muuk’ pilates is to translate this promise into helping you build a whole new lifestyle.
