It offers new construction, maintenance, renovation, conversion services, residential adjustments, waterproofing basements, and strengthening structures, catering to property managers, housing associations, municipalities, and private individuals. Renshof was acquired by Elk Groep on October 30, 2023, and since October 2023, Renshof is part of the Elk group and from October 1, 2024, it will continue its journey under a new name: elk noordoost. The company has a team of approximately 15 employees specializing in renovating, maintaining and renovating homes / commercial buildings.
