Sacred Dance Celebrations offers a combination of pleasure and depth, allowing for spiritual expression and personal enjoyment through dance. Sacred Dance, also known as Meditation des Tanzes, is a path towards a deeper experience of oneself, a way to become more of who one truly is. It provides the opportunity to experience that there is more than just 'me' and 'the other'. It involves moving in a way that is good for the body and mind, promoting grounding and a sense of belonging, often using music from diverse cultures. The dance form uses simple, repetitive steps to encourage letting go of the mind and experiencing the essence of the dance.
