Skillful Motion

Our goal is to provide education to coaches, athletes, scientists & parents in the principles of skilled motion in sports; what makes it different from unskilled motion and how we can quickly advance from novice to skilled motion using the benefits of modern technology and science; primarily the science of biomechanics. I have spent a lot of time working with the biomechanics and motion analysis of the golf swing over the last many years, so there will be a large focus on golf swing biomechanics. I also work with athletes in track and field, specifically jumps and throws, plus I am an Olympian in gymnastics and was a platform/springboard diver, so you will see articles on these sports as well.
