Stemmingsorkest Unique

All Round Dans- en Stemmingsorkest Unique. The band members come from Altena (Peize), a village in the North of Drenthe. Hindrik (keyboardist) and Ria (singer) have years of experience in the music world and have become a household name in the North. They can create atmosphere with songs from o.a. CCR, Lytse Hille, Jannes, Frans Duijts, Andre Hazes, Marianne Weber, Julianne Werding, Pointer Sisters, Doobie Brothers, Dire Straits, Django Wagner, Willem Barth, Normaal, Mooi Wark, Polka’s, Jettie Palletie, Mood and Fun, Corry Konings, Rene Schuurman, Lucas en Gea, Peter Maffay, Jan en Zwaan etc. etc. but also songs by, for example, BE King (Stand by me) or a delicious Reggae is no problem for the band. A mix of Dutch, English, German from Dance to Pirate hits from the 80s to the present. In September 2019, February 2020 and February 2022 Unique also released three own CD singles. Two of them under the label of Martin Sterken with the title "Hou Me Vast!" and "liefde voor het leven", and "Je laat me leven 2.0" under their own label TBAltena; real Pirate crackers..! Unique has its own sound equipment of 6800 Watt (6.8KW) plus its own stage lighting and a repertoire that is very suitable for all your parties and parties, markets, company parties, braderieën, etc. etc. Unique is also ideally suited for ballroom dancing evenings.
