Vijn-Infra focuses on UAV Management and Project Management of civil engineering and nature development projects. Jaco Vijn is the owner of Vijn-Infra. As a project manager in civil engineering, Vijn-Infra takes responsibility for the daily management of projects within the projects. Jaco Vijn coordinates the scope with the client, for example through a Plan of Approach. He also takes an advisory role in this. From the project assignment, Jaco Vijn takes responsibility for the necessary steps that will be taken to come to a contract that can be spent. From the realization phase to the aftercare phase, he will be involved and informing for the implementation team. In the role of Management, I have the overview and coordinate this with the supervisors and Vijn-Infra monitors the planning, finances and controls the extra and less work of the GROTIK (Money, Risks, Organization, Time, Information and Quality). Vijn-Infra is responsible for leading specialists within the technology. With this experience, Vijn-Infra keeps the team involved about the progress and planning of the project. In the role of Technical and Contract Manager, Vijn-Infra was responsible for the realization of the Waalenburg area. This concerned the area of approximately 500 ha to be developed so that the water level can be raised in different stages.
