Yoga Mission

Yoga Mission is het ontspannings- en bewustzijnscentrum van Amersfoort Vathorst, offering yoga, workshops, and massages. It aims to develop awareness of the body and mind through various yoga styles like Hatha and Yin Yoga. Sandra Welten is the owner, offering personal attention and aiming to create balance and well-being. Yoga Mission also offers programs for pregnant women and mothers through Mama’s Mission. They provide a space for relaxation, learning, and self-discovery, with a focus on individual needs and creating a supportive community.
