Yoga Sanga

Yoga Sanga is a combination of two meaningful concepts. 'Yoga' means connection, unification and 'Sanga' stands for gathering, contact and friendship. Elements that play an important role in my life and which I would like to share with others. Yoga Sanga provides hatha yoga lessons. With hatha yoga, body movements and breathing exercises take a central place. By integrating breath and attention in the postures and movements, body and mind connect with each other and inner peace arises. You take this inner peace with you in daily life, so that you can more easily flow with the many things that come your way. Through hatha yoga you become more aware of yourself and you gain insight into the interaction between body and mind. You learn to deal with your limitations and possibilities and improve your posture and health. A general feeling of well-being arises: you come home to yourself!
