You & You Care

You Care offers ambulatory guidance for young people aged 14 to 23. They distinguish themselves from many organizations by their culturally sensitive approach. You Care provides guidance to residents with behavioral challenges and/or those who need help in other areas of life. They also have homes. You Care is committed to making care more accessible and keeping the path to it low-threshold, by giving clients a personal mentor and being flexible in their availability, including evenings via phone or Whatsapp. You Care works with an 8-phase model prioritizing the quality of all life areas. You & Me Care helps people to get back in touch with themselves and their feelings. They offer therapies like Haptotherapy and PGB begeleiding (Personal Budget Support) for mental health problems. You Care is active in the sector Practices of psychotherapists, psychologists and pedagogues. Their approach is integral, cultuursensitive and focuses on building trust and the client's own strengths.
