Stichting Oosterpoort

Stichting Oosterpoort is an organization for youth care. They support children, young people, and families who are struggling. They bring closer what is so important: a safe, promising future for children and young people aged 0 to 23. They start from the strength of the people they work with: young people and their parents themselves, their environment, their partners and their own professionals. With more than 300 professionals and 450 foster families they provide specialist youth and upbringing support to some 2000 young people and their families. From northeast North Brabant and Rivierenland to mid and southeast North Brabant, but also in Rijk van Nijmegen and North Limburg, they are active. They do this not alone, for this they work closely with other organizations in the region. Oosterpoort is also a housing association that provides pleasant and affordable housing for people who cannot provide for it themselves. Because a nice home in a pleasant living environment are basic conditions for being able to actively participate in society.
